Associate Scheduler - Supply Scheduling and Logistics Coordination
Key Responsibilities
• Execute routine daily, weekly, and monthly movement schedule updates for assigned fuels, crude, NGL, or product flows using defined process guidance.
• Prepare and submit standard transportation nominations to pipeline, marine, rail, or truck carriers within agreed carrier and contractual timelines.
• Track nomination confirmations, schedule changes, carrier responses, operational updates, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor inventory positions against agreed operating targets and flag stock, timing, or supply reliability risks.
• Provide routine status updates to traders, optimizers, refineries, terminals, carriers, accounting, third parties, and internal teams.
• Support documentation, reporting, KPI tracking, payment / collection information requests, and compliance evidence under supervision.
• Escalate scheduling conflicts, carrier delays, data gaps, supply disruptions, or control exceptions to E1.2 / E2.1.
Skill Requirements
• Foundational knowledge of fuels / bulk liquids scheduling, logistics coordination, inventory monitoring, and transportation nomination concepts.
• Strong attention to detail for time-sensitive schedules, nominations, confirmations, trackers, and documentation.
• Ability to follow SOPs, checklists, and escalation protocols in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Basic understanding of pipeline, marine, rail, and truck movement processes; exposure to refining / chemicals / fuels preferred.
• Good communication, teamwork, customer focus, adaptability, and first-level problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP exposure preferred where required.

Bachelor’s degree. Good to have certification in Supply Chain, Business, or relevant technical field; equivalent experience as approved by Buyer.
