Senior Specialist-Voice

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO professional to support project planning, governance, tracking, reporting, and coordination across multiple projects/stakeholders. The role will work closely with project managers, business teams, leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure on time delivery, within scope, and according to organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports for management.
  • Coordinate project review meetings and maintain MOM/action trackers.
  • Follow up with stakeholders on pending actions and deliverables.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, resource utilization, and key KPIs.
  • Identify project risks and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO processes, governance frameworks, and reporting standards.
  • Maintain project documentation, project plans, status reports, and change requests.
  • Support portfolio-level reporting and management presentations.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Assist in process improvement and standardization of project management practices.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Prior experience in PMO, project coordination, program management, or business operations is preferred.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is an advantage.
