Senior Support Associate

Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to provide technical support, maintain documentation, assist in training, monitor system performance, and suggest process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provides Advanced Technical Support And Troubleshooting For Both Internal Teams And External Customers, Ensuring Swift Resolution Of Complex Issues.
2. Leads The Creation And Maintenance Of Comprehensive User Guides, Faqs, And Other Support Documentation, Ensuring Accuracy And Clarity.
3. Oversees The Organization And Delivery Of Training Sessions For New Users And Team Members
4. Monitors System Performance Meticulously And Escalates Any Issues To The Appropriate Teams Without Delay
5. Identifies And Implements Strategic Improvements To Enhance Support Processes And Optimize User Experience, Leveraging Industry Best Practices.
