Senior Support Engineer - IT Operations

Job Summary

Planning of software releases from nonproduction  through productionOwn end to end Infrastructure release planning and execution (Infra specific)Coordinate releases across Network, Operating System, Database & Middleware teams (Infra specific)Prepare and maintain Release CalendarEnsure Release readiness, including change creation, impact analysis, CAB approvalManage Conflict check with other planned releasesPrepare detailed deployment plan including rollback and contingency plansCoordinate deployment with multiple teams during the release windowCommunicate release status to the stakeholdersLead Go/No-Go decisions and post release statusesDrive retrospection meeting to document lessons learnt

Key Responsibilities


Preferred Skills and ExperienceExperience in tools like ServiceNow, XL-Release/DeployStrong project management and customer handling skillsExperience in change/incident management

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Product Support Processes And Methodologies At L1, L2, And L3 Levels.
2. Familiarity With Ticketing Systems And Support Tools.
3. Basic Knowledge Of It Operations And Infrastructure.
4. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Effective Customer Interaction And Team Collaboration.
