Job Summary

The Senior Support Engineer for Kubernetes plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving technical issues related to Kubernetes environments. Key Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot And Resolve Client-Reported Issues In Kubernetes Clusters By Applying Best Practices And Established Troubleshooting Techniques, Ensuring Minimal Downtime And Disruption To Services.
2. Provide Training Sessions For New Team Members On Kubernetes Fundamentals, Support Processes, And Tools, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Development.
3. Conduct Knowledge Transition Sessions During Project Enhancements, Ensuring Smooth Handovers And Comprehensive Knowledge Sharing Within The Support Team.
4. Document All Operational Processes And Methods For Ticket Resolution And Troubleshooting, Creating A Comprehensive Knowledge Base To Enhance Team Efficiency And Response Times.
5. Stay Updated On The Latest Advancements In Kubernetes And Related Technologies, Leveraging New Knowledge To Improve Support Practices And Enhance Service Quality.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Kubernetes Architecture And Its Components.
2. Familiarity With Containerization Concepts And Tools.
3. Basic Knowledge Of Devops Practices And Itsm Frameworks.
4. Proficiency In Monitoring Tools Related To Kubernetes For Performance Tuning.
5. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Attention To Detail.

Other Requirements

1. Certifications Such As Certified Kubernetes Administrator (Cka) Or Kubernetes Application Developer (Ckad) Are Optional But Valuable For This Role.
