Senior Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a CAD Support Engineer responsible for CATIA/DELMIA support, deployment, and operations within a managed services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 support for CATIA/DELMIA including incident resolution and service requests. Perform deployment using Software Center. Monitor jobs and daily operations. Collaborate with service desk. Maintain knowledge base and reporting. Drive automation and efficiency improvements.

Skill Requirements

CATIA / DELMIA support experience, CAD workstation troubleshooting, deployment tools experience (SCCM/Software Center).

Other Requirements

Exposure to ENOVIA integration, job monitoring tools like Control-M, Amazon Connect,Saber,Capital.

Strong analytical and user support skills with good documentation capability.
