Job Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Documentum Consultant to design, implement, support, and maintain enterprise content management (ECM) solutions using OpenText Documentum. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, application teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable content management solutions and ensure seamless document lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support OpenText Documentum solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Documentum repositories, workflows, lifecycles, and security models.
  • Configure and support D2 applications and customizations.
  • Manage document ingestion, metadata, records management, and retention policies.
  • Support OpenText integrations with enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning activities.
  • Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
