Job Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP Fieldglass solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams, vendors, and technical teams to streamline contingent workforce and services procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP Fieldglass implementation and support activities.
  • Configure and customize SAP Fieldglass modules based on business requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Design and implement contingent workforce and statement of work (SOW) solutions.
  • Configure worker management, job postings, onboarding, timesheets, expenses, and invoicing processes.
  • Integrate SAP Fieldglass with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, and third-party applications.
  • Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support.
  • Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.
  • Collaborate with business users, vendors, procurement, HR, and IT teams
