Job Summary
Seeking an Informatica MDM Application Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for Informatica MDM applications, ensuring platform stability, data quality, incident resolution, and seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide production support for Informatica MDM applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and integration issues.
Support Match & Merge, Survivorship, Hierarchy Management, and Data Stewardship processes.
Perform SQL-based data analysis and issue investigation.
Monitor ETL workflows and data interfaces.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
Coordinate with business users, data stewards, and development teams.
Support deployments, enhancements, and release activities.
Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
Ensure adherence to SLA and ITIL support processes.

4. To document all the defined processes and the methods of resolving the ticket| troubleshooting| etc.
5. To update self on latest technologies and related areas
