Job Summary
Roles:
• On-site service of the production (tester) system at the customer OSAT factories, include the downtime trouble shooting, jam recover, utilization improvement.
• Performing the new system installation / upgrade or Service .
• Data collection and data first level analysis to find the issues root causes such as the mechanical, electrical and automation problems
• Daily on duty reporting of the major issues to the team.
• Preventative maintenance per guidelines periodically.
• Issues reporting and escalations internally.
• attend weekly 3-way meeting between customer, OSAT.
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics / semiconductor areas
• Familiar in automation testing, with automation equipment & testers maintenance experience is preferred
• Rich skills to do the Automation logs, testing logs analysis
• Can communicate in English fluently both in writing and talking, can communicate by Chinese is preferred
• Strong reporting skills to use MS office, especially to use PPT
• Strong communication skills and teamwork skills
• Able to business trip occasionally both in domestic and abroad.
• Able to accept the shift work or Overtime work if needed.
• Strong skills to do the timing, ownership, and priority management.

3. To perform knowledge transition during project enhancements
4. To document all the defined processes and the methods of resolving the ticket| troubleshooting| etc.
5. To update self on latest technologies and related areas
