Job Summary

The primary job purpose is to oversee and manage the support team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, process adherence, and continuous improvement while fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overseeing And Managing The Support Team To Ensure High-Quality Service Delivery, Process Adherence, And Continuous Improvement.
2. Foster A Collaborative And Motivated Team Environment, Provide Regular Coaching And Feedback, And Drive Initiatives To Enhance Team Performance And Customer Satisfaction.
3. Maintaining Strict Adherence To Process Guidelines And Compliance, Implementing Continuous Improvement Strategies, And Conducting Regular Performance Reviews.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
