Optical Metrology – Technical Lead (Semiconductor) Summary: Experienced Technical Lead with 10+ years in optical metrology and experimental physics within semiconductor environments. Drives data-driven metrology solutions, automation, and scalable data pipelines to enable high-volume manufacturing and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: • Lead optical metrology development for semiconductor process control • Design and execute experiments using spectroscopy, ellipsometry, interferometry • Develop automated data pipelines for metrology data ingestion, processing, and analytics • Integrate tools with fab systems (SECS/GEM, MES) • Drive yield improvement using statistical analysis and ML models • Lead cross-functional teams and vendor collaborations Qualifications: • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Physics, Experimental Physics, or related field • 10+ years in semiconductor metrology or process engineering • Strong expertise in optical characterization techniques • Experience in Python-based data automation and analytics • Knowledge of fab integration and equipment interfaces Tools & Technologies: • Optical: Scatterometry, Reflectometry, CD-SEM correlation • Data: Python, SQL, data pipelines, ML frameworks • Systems: MES, SPC, SECS/GEM integration
