Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst with expertise in Claims Management, Charge Router, and Medical Coding to support and optimize professional billing workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and supporting Epic PB, managing claims processing, implementing charge routing solutions, and ensuring accurate coding integration. The role involves collaborating with revenue cycle, coding, and clinical teams to enhance billing operations, resolve production issues, and deliver system improvements while maintaining compliance with healthcare and Epic best practices.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Configure and support Epic Resolute PB workflows.
  • Manage and troubleshoot claims processing and charge routing.
  • Collaborate with coding, billing, and operational teams to optimize revenue cycle processes.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, and issue resolution.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong experience with Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB).
  • Hands-on experience with Claims Management, including claim edits, claim generation, and billing workflows.
  • Experience configuring and supporting Charge Router and charge routing workflows.
  • Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and its integration with PB billing processes.
  • Experience in PB build, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows and end-to-end professional billing processes.
  • Epic Resolute PB certification is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
