Senior Support Lead - IT Operations

Job Summary
HCL Technologies Malaysia SDN BHD is seeking a motivated and talented Simcorp Dimension Analyst to join our team in Kuala Lumpur This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals.
What you'll be doing
- Solving application incidents
- Maintaining Simcorp Dimension System Operations Platform (SOP)
- Solving Batch job incidents
- Provide end user support
- Authorization management
- Constructively escalate to other parties in case of data delivery issues
- System monitoring
- Ensures ongoing maintenance as well as updating of documentation and test data.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master degree in information technology
- 6+ years of experience working on Simcorp dimension product.
- Knowledge and experience in Simcorp Dimension product maintenance.
- Experience in SQL.
- Experience with SCD integrations (Data Extractor, APIs, market data feeds), trade lifecycle, financial instruments, and portfolio accounting
- Familiar with Batch monitoring tools, Job schedulers (Control-M, Autosys), Log analysis
- Experience with FTP/SFTP for secure file transfers and message queues
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting FIX (Financial Information exchange) connectivity issues
- Knowledge in Capital Market is a must
- Work experience in Finance, banking or insurance industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Autonomy, proactivity, listening and advising are soft skills that we will be vigilant on.
- Malaysian candidates preferred
