Job Summary

Job Description – Senior Atlassian / Infrastructure Support Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities: Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.Support other development applications and enterprise tools.Perform advanced troubleshooting using application, system, and infrastructure logs.Administer and support Linux and Windows server environments.Manage and troubleshoot PostgreSQL databases.Monitor and troubleshoot VMware virtual infrastructure issues.Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.Support deployments, upgrades, migrations, and environment maintenance.Prepare RCA documents and operational documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Mandatory - Atlassian tools.

US based employee that can support Jira. Ideally they would be based in Austin, Texas.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
