Job Summary
Provide L2/L3 technical support for TrackWise applications in RTB (AMS) model
Analyze and resolve production issues, bugs, and system defects.
Develop and enhance TrackWise configurations, workflows, forms, and business rules
Perform code-level changes, debugging, and performance optimization
Support change requests, enhancements, and system upgrades
Manage ticket queue, SLA adherence, and incident prioritization
Perform impact analysis and coordinate release deployments
Support SIT/UAT testing, defect fixing, and validation support
Work closely with functional consultants and QA teams for solution delivery
Maintain technical documentation and support audit readiness activities
Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements
Hands-on experience in TrackWise technical configuration/customization
Knowledge of:
Workflow configuration
Forms and business rules development
System administration and technical troubleshooting
Experience in RTB / AMS support environment (incident & SLA-based support)
Strong debugging skills and ability to analyze and resolve production issues.
Understanding of QMS processes (CAPA, Deviation, Change Control)
Knowledge of GxP compliance and validation (CSV/CSA)
Basic understanding of integration with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
