  • 7+ years of experience in IT Application Support, Production Support, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience handling TRT/PRT activities and leading P1/P2 incident bridges and stakeholder communications

  • Ansible (Playbook development and automation)

  • OpenTelemetry (OTel)
  • XLR (preferred)

Technical Skills
