Job Summary

To focus on driving strategic initiatives, enhancing team performance, and aligning support operations with business goals

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee The Daily Operations Of The Support Team, Ensuring Timely And Effective Resolution Of Customer Inquiries And Issues.
2. Identify And Implement Process Improvements To Enhance Team Efficiency And Customer Satisfaction. Monitor And Analyze Support Metrics To Identify Trends And Areas For Improvement.
3. Develop And Implement Strategic Plans To Align Support Operations With Business Goals. Collaborate With Other Departments To Ensure Seamless Service Delivery And Support.
4. Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Customers, Ensuring Their Needs Are Met And Issues Are Resolved Promptly.
5. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Issues Effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
