Job Summary:
- Responsible for the management of internal & external projects and analytic initiatives
- Manages programs, projects and initiatives involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of projects/programs and/or initiatives into a finished state.
- Supports and represents the organization on behalf of the CTC Management team and Strategic Program Leader in the Services Billing COE.
- This position is primarily responsible for CTC Billing & Invoicing support but may be assigned to support any Services Billing initiative.
- Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plans; receives guidance from manager and Strategic Program Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads management of Project/Program and Initiative activities
- Collaborates with Operation to identify opportunities for projects to drive operational efficiencies;
- Organizes project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints
- Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customers or department personnel
- Interface with and monitors work of technical personnel, such as systems analysts and programmers, providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives
- Directs the activities of project support staff and is responsible for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of the project
- Support CTC Management team with performance management, process management, ticket management, and deep dives to improve performance and efficiency
- Support Strategic Program Leader with strategic objectives as identified.
- Assists with preparation of and participates in Operational and/or Functional reviews
- All other duties as assigned, including billing and other operational tasks
