To lead and manage a team effectively, ensuring adherence to standards, resolving issues, conducting reviews, fostering development, and meeting deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct Daily Stand-Ups And Maintain Open Communication Channels For Issue Resolution.
2. Held Regular Performance Reviews And Provide Continuous Feedback.
3. Performed and deliver Mechanical BOM Order and ability to check the orders

Skill Requirements

  1. Ability to read AutoCAD drawings 
  2. Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering background
  3. SAP knowledge
  4. Soft skill in business writing and communication
