Job Description
Senior Technical Architect (DPO)
Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary

Senior Manager, VMO (L5)

About the role

UiPath is hiring a Senior Manager, VMO to own how we source, onboard, manage and offboard roughly 900+ contingent workers and $100M+ in annual staff augmentation and professional services spend, starting with the US, Romania and India and expanding to about 50 more countries. You will be the single accountable owner of our Beeline VMS program and our relationship with a designated Managed Service Provider (MSP), and the connective tissue between Procurement, IT, Finance, People Ops, Legal and the business leaders who rely on staff augmentation and professional services.

This is a builder role. Beeline is live, the MSP model is taking shape, and the foundations now need a leader who can close operational gaps, set clear rules of the road, and mature a supplier engagement model that gives the business speed without trading away compliance, cost control or a good worker experience

Key Responsibilities

What you'll do

Own Beeline as the business owner of the platform

  • Be UiPath's internal Beeline expert: configuration, workflows, approval chains, industries, rate cards, reporting and the supplier and hiring manager experience.
  • Own the Beeline roadmap and change request backlog. Prioritize, write clear requirements, and hold Beeline to committed dates and SLAs.
  • Partner with IT and HRIS to keep the Beeline integrations with Workday, Coupa, Certinia, SAP and the data warehouse healthy. Make sure every defect has one named end-to-end owner.
  • Simplify workflows so Beeline speeds hiring managers up instead of adding steps.

Lead the MSP relationship

  • Help shape the MSP selection and contract with Procurement and Legal: scope, service levels, pricing, exit terms, and what stays in-house.
  • Run the MSP day to day once it is live. Set expectations, review performance monthly and quarterly, and escalate early.
  • Hold the MSP to measurable outcomes: fill rate, time to submit, time to start, compliance, cost savings and worker experience.
  • Keep the knowledge and decisions UiPath must own in-house so the program never depends on one vendor.

Be the bridge between Procurement, IT, Finance, People and the business

  • Chair the working-level governance and bring clear decisions to the executive steering committee.
  • With Procurement: supplier onboarding, MSAs, SOWs, rate negotiations and the preferred supplier list.
  • With Finance: spend under management, accruals, PO and invoice flows, milestone payments and forecasting.
  • With IT and HRIS: integrations, access provisioning and deprovisioning, data quality and system ownership.
  • With People Ops and Legal: worker classification, tenure limits, co-employment risk, background checks, privacy and works councils.
  • With business leaders: understand staffing and professional services needs, advise on the right engagement type, and make the process easy to use.

Build the supplier engagement model

  • In partnership with Procurement, move from 120+ active suppliers to a smaller, higher-quality preferred supplier set with clear tiers.
  • Launch supplier scorecards and quarterly business reviews backed by real Beeline data.
  • Bring unmanaged spend into the program.

Lead the VMO team

  • Lead, coach and grow the VMO team. Build clear roles, a strong bench, SOPs and training.
  • Use automation and AI, including UiPath's own products, to remove manual work from the program.

Skill Requirements

What you bring

  • Hands-on Beeline VMS experience is required. You have administered, configured or owned Beeline for an enterprise program, not just used it as a requester. You know workflows, industries, rate cards, the Worker Download and integration patterns, and how to work Beeline's support and change request process.
  • 10+ years in contingent workforce management, VMO, workforce procurement or HR operations, with at least 4 years leading a program or team.
  • Direct experience managing a Managed Service Provider, ideally including a selection, launch or transition.
  • A track record of building a supplier engagement model: rationalization, tiering, scorecards, rate benchmarking and QBRs.
  • Working knowledge of worker classification, co-employment and tenure risk across the US, EMEA and India.
  • Comfort with integrations between a VMS and Workday, a procure-to-pay tool such as Coupa, and a PSA or timesheet tool. You can read a failed integration file and ask the right question.
  • Strong financial acumen: spend under management, POs, accruals, invoicing and forecasting.
  • Executive presence. You can bring a clear recommendation to a steering committee and hold a line with vendors.
  • A calm, direct style that builds trust across Procurement, IT, Finance, People and business teams in many time zones.

Other Requirements

Nice to have

  • Beeline certification or experience with a second VMS such as SAP Fieldglass.
  • Experience expanding a program into new countries, including works councils, GDPR and data residency.
  • SOW and professional services governance, including milestone-based payments.
  • Power BI or similar reporting skills.
  • Curiosity about automation and AI, and a willingness to use them in your own program.
