Job Summary

The Senior Technical Architect in this role will be responsible for overseeing the Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA) processes while demonstrating proficiency in CAD Design Skills, particularly using Creo software. The primary objective will be to lead the technical design efforts, ensuring efficiency in manufacturing processes and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the design for manufacturing & assembly (dfma) activities to optimize production processes.
2. Utilize cad design skills to create detailed designs and specifications, focusing on manufacturability and assembly.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on design requirements and project objectives.
4. Implement best practices in dfma methodologies to enhance product quality and reduce production costs.
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster skill development in dfma and cad design.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in design for manufacturing & assembly (dfma) principles and practices.
2. Strong cad design skills with expertise in utilizing creo software for design and modeling.
3. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and assembly techniques.
4. Ability to analyze product designs for cost-effectiveness and production efficiency.
5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in design optimization.
7. Proven experience in leading design projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in DFMA methodologies or CAD design tools are advantageous.
