Job Summary

The Senior Technical Architect is essential in shaping and implementing sophisticated technical solutions that meet our strategic business objectives. This role involves a deep understanding of manufacturing process planning, allowing the architect to design systems that are not only innovative but also scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. The Senior Technical Architect will lead teams in delivering high-quality solutions while ensuring continuous improvement and skill development within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design And Architect Large-Scale Manufacturing Process Planning Solutions Using Tools Such As Sap And Six Sigma Methodologies, Ensuring Optimal Scalability, Performance, And Security.
2. Train And Mentor Teams In Manufacturing Process Planning Techniques And Technologies, Ensuring A Sustainable Pipeline Of Skilled Professionals And Mitigating Delivery Risks.
3. Continuously Research And Integrate Cutting-Edge Technologies Related To Manufacturing Process Planning And Validation, Delivering High-Quality Solutions That Align With Client Expectations And Industry Standards.
4. Utilize Domain Expertise To Analyze Client Requirements And Develop Tailored Manufacturing Strategies, Ensuring Alignment With Business Objectives And Enhancing Overall Operational Efficiency.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Knowledge In Manufacturing Process Planning, Including Tools Such As Sap, Lean Manufacturing, And Six Sigma.
2. Proficient In Process Validation Techniques And Methodologies.
3. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With A Demonstrated Ability To Create Innovative Solutions.
4. Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Articulate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

Other Requirements

1. Relevant Certifications Such As Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Or Certified Manufacturing Engineer Are Optional But Valuable.

Minimum Salary (US):  95000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
