Job Summary

The Senior Technical Architect will be responsible for Manufacturing Simulation, Simulation Proc/Design/Layout/Validation, and working with Tecnomatix eMPlanner/Process Designer. The primary objectives of the role include designing and validating manufacturing simulation processes, layouts, and designs to optimize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing simulation solutions.
2. Design, develop, and validate simulation processes, layouts, and designs for manufacturing systems.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the successful execution of simulation projects.
4. Utilize tecnomatix emplanner/process designer for creating and optimizing manufacturing processes.
5. Provide technical expertise and guidance in manufacturing simulation and validation activities.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in manufacturing simulation techniques and tools.
2. Experience in simulation proc/design/layout/validation methodologies.
3. Handson expertise with tecnomatix emplanner and process designer software.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the context of manufacturing processes.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Manufacturing Simulation and Tecnomatix tools are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
