Job Summary

The Senior Technical Architect plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex technical solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices. This role is critical in ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of large-scale systems while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design And Architect Large-Scale Solutions Using Cloud Platforms Such As Aws And Azure, Ensuring Optimal Scalability, Performance, And Security Throughout The System Lifecycle.
2. Mentor And Train Team Members On Architectural Best Practices And Technology Stacks, Ensuring A Robust Talent Pipeline And Mitigating Delivery Risks Through Knowledge Sharing.
3. Research And Implement Emerging Technologies, Such As Microservices And Containerization, To Develop Future-Proof Solutions That Meet Client Expectations And Adhere To Industry Standards.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Client Requirements And Leverage Technical Expertise To Craft And Execute A Technology Strategy That Aligns With Overarching Business Goals.

Skill Requirements

1. - Expert Knowledge In System Architecture Design And Cloud Technologies (Aws, Azure).
2. - Excellent Proficiency In Software Development Methodologies And Practices (Agile, Devops).
3. - Strong Understanding Of Security Best Practices And Performance Optimization Techniques.
4. - Familiarity With Microservices Architecture And Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
5. - In-Depth Knowledge Of Integration Patterns And Data Management Solutions.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Aws Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Or Togaf Certification.
Maximum Salary (US):  192000
Minimum Salary (US):  95000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
