Job Summary
A Teamcenter Manufacturing Engineering Solution Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and implementing Siemens Teamcenter Manufacturing solutions that support digital manufacturing, process planning, MBOM management, and shop-floor integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end manufacturing engineering architecture using Teamcenter.
- Design solutions for:
- Manufacturing Process Planning (MPP)
- Manufacturing BOM (MBOM)
- Bill of Process (BOP)
- Work Instructions
- Resource Management
- Plant and Line Planning
- Change Management
- Bridge business requirements and technical implementation.
- Lead solution design workshops with manufacturing, engineering, and IT stakeholders.
- Define integration architecture with:
- SAP/ERP systems
- MES systems (Opcenter, Apriso, etc.)
- CAD tools (NX, CATIA, Creo)
- PLM and Digital Thread ecosystems
- Govern data models, workflows, security, and customization strategy.
- Provide technical leadership to developers, consultants, and implementation teams.
