Senior Technical Architect

Job Summary

To play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices. 

Experience

Total Experience: 15+ years
Relevant Experience: 8–10+ years in Kinaxis Rapid Response functional implementations


Key Responsibilities

Act as Functional SME for Kinaxis Rapid Response across end‑to‑end supply chain planning.
Lead business requirement workshops, solution design, and functional blueprinting.
Own demand, supply, inventory, S&OP/IBP planning processes within Kinaxis.
Translate business scenarios into Kinaxis models, schemas, and planning logic.
Guide configuration for:

Demand Planning
Supply Planning
Inventory Optimization
Distribution & Capacity Planning
S&OP / IBP


Drive what‑if analysis, scenarios, and simulations for executive decision‑making.
Work closely with technical teams on:

Data integration (ERP → Kinaxis)
Functional validation of integrations and interfaces


Lead UAT, defect triage, and business sign‑off.
Mentor junior consultants and act as functional governance authority.
Support roadmap, enhancements, and value realization post go‑live.


Functional Expertise

Kinaxis RapidResponse data model & planning logic
Master Data, Transactional Data, and Reference Data setup
Demand/Supply reconciliation
Pegging, constraints, priorities, and alerts
S&OP / IBP cycles and executive reviews
Scenario management & simulations


Mandatory Skills

Kinaxis RapidResponse (Functional)
Advanced Supply Chain Planning concepts
S&OP / IBP
Demand & Supply Planning
Inventory Optimization
Stakeholder & executive communication


Good to Have

Kinaxis certification(s)
ERP integration experience (SAP preferred)
Exposure to large global rollout programs
Pre‑sales or solutioning experience
Manufacturing / CPG domain depth


Soft Skills

Strong business consulting mindset
Ability to influence senior stakeholders
Clear, structured communication
Leadership and mentoring capabilities

Key Responsibilities

1. To design and architect large-scale solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
2. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
3. To continuously upskill with cutting-edge tech to deliver high-quality, future-proof solutions meeting client expectations and industry standards.
4. To leverage domain/tech expertise to gather client needs, deliver solutions, and craft a technology strategy aligned with business goals.
