To play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices.

GenAI Full‑Stack Engineer (Agentic AI–First)

Role Summary

Develops and productionizes AI applications using Agentic AI and developer copilots to transform AI-generated prototypes into enterprise-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic AI Development

  • Use tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, Replit AI
  • Leverage agentic workflows to accelerate development
  • Validate and refine AI-generated outputs

Engineering & Development

  • Implement LLM integrations, prompts, and workflows
  • Optimize token usage, latency, and cost
  • Build scalable frontend and backend systems

Code Refactoring & Hardening

  • Convert AI-generated code into:
    • modular
    • maintainable
    • enterprise-grade
  • Apply coding standards and best practices

Integration

  • Integrate with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, APIs)
  • Implement auth, workflows, and orchestration

Data & AI Pipelines

  • Build RAG solutions and vector DB integrations
  • Improve accuracy and contextual relevance

Testing

  • Unit and integration testing
  • AI-specific validation (hallucination, edge cases)

Deployment Support

  • Work with Ops for CI/CD readiness
  • Use platforms like Vercel for rapid deployments

Skills

  • React/Angular + Node.js/Python
  • GenAI frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
  • Experience with Copilot, Claude, Codex
  • Strong debugging and refactoring ability

Success Metrics

  • Development speed improvement
  • Code quality and maintainability
  • AI accuracy and performance

 

Key Responsibilities

1. To design and architect large-scale solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
2. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
3. To continuously upskill with cutting-edge tech to deliver high-quality, future-proof solutions meeting client expectations and industry standards.
4. To leverage domain/tech expertise to gather client needs, deliver solutions, and craft a technology strategy aligned with business goals.
