Job Summary
Senior Technical Architect with deep expertise in designing, modernizing, and governing Windows-based desktop and system-level applications built using VC++, MFC 4.2, Win32 APIs, OLE / ActiveX / COM / DCOM / COM+, and networked architectures. The role requires hands-on architectural leadership, spanning application design, legacy modernization, deep system-level troubleshooting, and governance—while mentoring development teams on scalable architecture patterns, coding standards, and best practices. Key Responsibilities 1. Architecture & Technical Leadership Own end-to-end technical architecture for VC++ / MFC 4.2 / Win32-based applications Define and govern application architecture, component design, and integration patterns Drive modernization, refactoring, and stabilization of legacy VC++ / COM-based systems Review and approve Low-Level Designs (LLD), frameworks, and reusable components Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural principles, and design patterns 2. Delivery & Execution Act as the technical authority across development, integration, testing, and release cycles Guide teams in building multithreaded, high-performance, and scalab
