As a Technical Architect specializing in Generative AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering advanced AI-driven solutions that meet clients' evolving digital needs. Your expertise will enable the conceptualization, design, and deployment of robust products and services, positioning HCLTech as a trusted partner in AI innovation. Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and guide the development of products and solutions leveraging Generative AI technologies, ensuring high quality and scalability.Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering their growth to maintain a pipeline of skilled talent in Generative AI and related technologies.Oversee the end-to-end delivery of products and sustenance projects, ensuring alignment with defined scopes, timelines, and quality standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver tailored solutions.Drive adoption of new technologies and ensure the team stays updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI.Mitigate delivery risks by proactively identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.Ensure all solutions are compliant with industry best practices, client requirements, and quality benchmarks.

Skill Requirements

Skill RequirementsMust Have:Strong expertise in Generative AI, including hands-on experience with Generative AI Agents.Proven track record in architecting and delivering AI-powered solutions.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience leading technical teams in a product or solution delivery environment.Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and agile delivery methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Other Requirements

Other Requirements (Optional)Certifications in AI/ML or cloud technologies (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) are an advantage.Experience in client-facing roles and solution consulting.Publications or contributions to the AI/ML community.
