Job Summary

AMS (Analog Mixed Signal) verification of DAC channel and its digital interconnect (Channel Block).

Key Responsibilities

VerilogA modelling of DAC IP. MSFT is currently providing the DAC IP model
Integrate analog (DAC model) and digital circuit design (RTL) to simulate and visualize component interactions.
Define the AMS test Plan
Developing test environments to simulate and verify the behavior of mixed signal design
Verifying all simulations results and comparing them with target functionality.

Skill Requirements

SoC tapeout experience
SoC level AMS verification
vams model development
UVM /SV environment experience
Extensive Debug experience

Maximum Salary (US):  192000
Minimum Salary (US):  95000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
