"We are looking for a highly experienced SAP QM Lead Architect with 15+ years of expertise in driving end-to-end S/4HANA transformation programs within manufacturing environments. The role requires deep functional and architectural knowledge of Quality Management (QM), along with the ability to define enterprise-wide quality processes, global templates, and integration frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own end-to-end SAP QM solution architecture across S/4HANA programs
Lead fit-gap workshops, blueprinting, and global template standardization
Design and implement core QM processes:
Quality Planning, Inspection Planning & Inspection Lots
Quality Control (Incoming, In-process, Final Inspection)
Quality Notifications & Defect Management
Audit Management and Compliance processes
Drive integration with PP, MM, SD, EWM, and PM modules
Architect shop floor quality and manufacturing quality integration scenarios
Provide guidance on S/4HANA best practices, simplification, and Fiori adoption
Oversee RICEFW design, data migration strategy, and interfaces (MES/PLM)
Lead testing strategy (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and go-live governance
Mentor teams and ensure delivery quality, consistency, and adherence to standards
Engage with business leaders and CXO stakeholders for solution alignment
•Design and configure SAP S/4HANA QM module (Quality Planning, Inspection, Quality Control, and Quality Notifications). 
•Implement and support: 
oInspection Planning (Inspection Types, Sampling Procedures)
oInspection Execution (GR, In-process, Final Inspection)
oQuality Notifications (NCR, CAPA handling)
oAudit Management / Compliance 
•Work on Quality Certificates & Vendor Evaluation integration. 
•Integration of QM with other SAP modules and Non SAP software’s like Team Center , Compliance Quest etc 
•Support end-to-end quality processes across systems (ECC/S4, MES, Compliance systems like TrackWise, CQ, etc.)
•Participate in blueprint, design, build, test, and deployment phases. 
•Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW developments. 
•Conduct SIT, UAT, and defect resolution. 
•Lead workshops and business requirement discussions. 
•Provide post-go-live hypercare and production support."
