Job Summary

JD- Mandatory Skills & Experience10–20 years of overall IT/ERP application experience, with significant Workday technical experience.Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Extend application architecture and development.Strong experience designing Extend applications, presentation components, model components, data models, and business processes.Strong knowledge of Workday Orchestrations and API-based integrations.Strong understanding of Workday application security and authentication concepts.Strong knowledge of Workday business objects, business processes, reporting, and data structures.Experience designing integrations between Workday and external/third-party applications.Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.Ability to convert complex functional requirements into scalable technical designs.Experience conducting architecture reviews and providing development standards and technical guidance.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management experience.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
