Senior Technical Architect
Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary

As a Platform Owner you are responsible for, or coordinate, the deployment and operational maintenance of the technical platforms hosting the Group’s business applications, in compliance with the overall governance framework and local business requirements.

You define, implement, and maintain the technical solutions and infrastructures designed in collaboration with the Architecture team and the Service Delivery Management (SDM) teams.

You are accountable for the technological evolution of the platforms, ensuring they address obsolescence challenges, legal and regulatory requirements, security constraints, and the Group’s evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary owner of the following applications:
    • FR DISPO ONE : Application developed by a partner or by Adecco
    • FR Agence en ligne AMS : Application developed by a partner or by Adecco
    • CVMaker : Application developed by a partner or by Adecco
    • Monaco (Avanteam, SAGE, Tempo/Banco)
    • ASA/SX : Market Application / bespoke
  • Backup support for:
    • FR Deciseo + Knime : Market Application / bespoke
    • FR Essbase : Market Application / bespoke
    • FR Léa / Léo : Application developed by a partner or by Adecco
    • FR APIM
    • FR COPYSTORM : Market Application / bespoke
    • FR CV Maker : Market Application / bespoke
    • FR Analytics : Market Application / bespoke
    • FR Talend : Market Application / bespoke
    • META : Market Application / of the shelf

Release Management

  • Deployment of releases and execution of sanity checks (typically between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM)

Continuous Improvement

  • Proposal and implementation of technical improvements to enhance infrastructure performance and reliability 

Project & Coordination

  • Project follow-up and participation
  • Regular coordination with Service Delivery Managers (SDMs): approximately 10 hours per week
  • Weekly interactions with partners: approximately 1 hour

Skill Requirements

Technical Environment

  • Operating systems: Windows and Linux
  • Tools and platforms: Azure DevOps, Tomcat, PowerShell, Scheduled Tasks Management, Terraform (basic usage)

Operations & Support

  • Incident management and resolution
  • Monitoring follow-up using LogicMonitor
  • Log analysis and troubleshooting
  • Creation and maintenance of procedures and technical documentations

Infrastructure & Security

  • Certificate renewal management
  • Firewall and network request handling
  • Server access rights management
  • Vulnerability management

Other Requirements

Languages

  • English
  • French: regular interaction with SDMs for DispoOne and SX
