Job Summary
HCLTech's Enterprise Transformation Services practice is seeking an accomplished Enhesa Solution Lead to join our EHS & ESG Center of Excellence. This is a senior individual-contributor and client-advisory role for a practitioner who has built deep expertise in regulatory compliance intelligence, EHS obligation management, and the Enhesa platform — with a strong preference for experience gained in, or in direct support of, semiconductor and advanced manufacturing enterprises operating in the United States.
As Enhesa Solution Lead, you will own the full lifecycle of Enhesa implementations for HCLTech clients: from compliance landscape assessment and obligation library design, through platform configuration and integration architecture, to go-live, hypercare, and continuous compliance programme management. You will act as the authoritative voice on Enhesa capabilities within HCLTech, and will work closely with Solution Architects across the Intelex, SAP EHS, Enablon, Tririga, and Metrio ecosystems to deliver connected, end-to-end EHS/ESG transformation programmes.

- Serve as the primary Enhesa and EHS compliance SME for client engagements.
- Conduct regulatory gap assessments and compliance maturity reviews.
- Advise leadership on regulatory risks, policy changes, and compliance strategies.

Delivery & Practice Development
- Lead Enhesa workstreams within large EHS/ESG transformation programs.
