Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP R2R Expert with strong expertise in General Ledger (GL), Record-to-Report (R2R), SAP ECC Integration, and Central Finance (CFIN). The candidate will be responsible for driving finance transformation initiatives, supporting end-to-end R2R processes, and enabling seamless integration between SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Central Finance landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
•    Lead and support end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including General Ledger, financial closing, and reporting.
•    Configure and support SAP FI-GL functionalities, including Chart of Accounts, Fiscal Year Variants, Document Types, Posting Period Variants, and Parallel Ledgers.
•    Design, implement, and support SAP Central Finance (CFIN) solutions.
•    Manage ECC to S/4HANA Central Finance integration using SLT replication.
•    Configure and monitor Key Mapping, Value Mapping, and AIF (Application Interface Framework).
•    Execute initial load, real-time replication, reconciliation, and error handling activities in Central Finance.
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide optimal SAP Finance solutions.
•    Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure financial data integrity.
•    Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and deployment.
•    Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement recommendations.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
