The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, profitability analysis, legal and group valuation, transfer pricing concepts, and intercompany reconciliation.
The candidate will play a key role in finance transformation initiatives by ensuring accurate profitability reporting, streamlined intercompany processes, and compliance with global transfer pricing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Record-to-Report (R2R)
•Lead and support end-to-end Record-to-Report processes across global finance operations.
•Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
•Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate accounting standards.
•Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Tax, and Shared Services teams to improve financial processes.
Margin Analysis (SAP COPA)
•Design, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Margin Analysis (Account-Based COPA).
•Define profitability characteristics, value fields, derivation rules, and reporting structures.
•Analyze revenue, cost, and margin trends to support management reporting.
•Support profitability reporting and reconciliation between FI and COPA.
Transfer Pricing
•Configure and support transfer pricing processes across global entities.
•Implement and maintain: 
oLegal Valuation
oGroup Valuation
oProfit Center Valuation
•Support cross-company and cross-border transfer pricing scenarios.
•Work closely with Tax and Finance teams to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
•Perform margin analysis and monitor transfer pricing impacts on profitability reporting.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
