Job Summary

Job Title: SAP R2R Lead - Group Reporting (GR) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP R2R Lead with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting (GR), Financial Consolidation, and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of Group Reporting solutions, ensuring accurate financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, statutory reporting, and management reporting across global entities. The candidate should possess deep knowledge of consolidation processes, financial close management, legal and management reporting, and integration with SAP Finance, Central Finance, and other source systems. Key Responsibilities SAP Group Reporting (GR) •Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions. •Configure and support:  oConsolidation Units and Groups oFinancial Statement Items (FSI) oConsolidation Versions oConsolidation Ledgers oBreakdown Categories oConsolidation of Investments •Define and maintain consolidation master data and reporting structures. •Support legal, management, and statutory consolidation requirements. Financial Consolidation & Close •Manage end-to-end consolidation processes including:  oData Collection oCurrency Translation oIntercompany Reconciliation oIntercompany Elimination oConsolidation of Investments oGroup Adjustments •Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. •Ensure timely and accurate group financial statements. Record-to-Report (R2R) •Lead R2R process improvements related to consolidation and reporting. •Ensure alignment between local ledgers and group reporting requirements. •Support financial reporting, reconciliation, and audit activities. •Collaborate with Finance and Controlling teams to improve reporting efficiency. Integration & Data Management •Integrate SAP Group Reporting with:  oSAP S/4HANA Finance oSAP Central Finance (CFIN) oSAP BW/4HANA oSAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) oNon-SAP Source Systems •Support data collection, mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities. •Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting entities. Intercompany Reconciliation •Design and support intercompany reconciliation processes. •Resolve intercompany mismatches and consolidation issues. •Coordinate with global finance teams to ensure balanced and reconciled reporting data. •Support elimination postings and reconciliation controls. Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
