Job Summary

osition Summary The Vendor Program Manager / Configuration Management Analyst supports Azure hardware and networking programs through execution of networking BOM operations, product data management, engineering change management, product data readiness, and deployment readiness activities. This role helps maintain accurate network product structures, drives data quality across enterprise systems, and supports timely execution of networking-related changes needed for infrastructure readiness and scale.Key Responsibilities• Create, maintain, and update Network BOMs, sourcing BOMs, supplier part numbers, and manufacturer part numbers in approved product data systems.• Execute ECOs, VCOs, and engineering change requests supporting networking hardware releases.• Support deployment-critical networking updates, firmware changes, security updates, and power-on readiness activities.• Investigate and resolve product data quality issues, BOM discrepancies, and configuration defects.• Partner with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, qualification, and program management teams to ensure timely execution of networking deliverables.• Manage and triage operational work items and requests related to networking hardware data.• Maintain documentation, process compliance, audit readiness, and governance standards across networking data domains.• Contribute to KPI reporting, SLA tracking, process improvements, and automation opportunities.
