Job Summary
A Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Solution Architect designs and leads enterprise-scale Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and revenue transformation frameworks using Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ technologies
Key Responsibilities
• Architecture & Design: Define scalable, end-to-end multi-cloud solutions mapping complex business models—like subscriptions and usage-based pricing—to Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities.
• Stakeholder Management: Bridge the gap between technical execution and business goals by leading discovery sessions and aligning executive stakeholders.
• Delivery Leadership: Guide cross-functional global delivery teams through the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping and system wireframing to deployment.
• Integration & Governance: Oversee integration patterns, platform security, and data models across enterprise ecosystems.
Core Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 8–10+ years in IT/consulting with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce architecture, CPQ, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Salesforce frameworks (Apex, LWC, Flows) and CPQ-to-RCA migration paths.
• Certifications: Salesforce Application Architect or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credentials, alongside CPQ and Revenue Cloud specializations.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation, leadership, and analytical communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
• 6+ years of overall Salesforce platform experience
• 3+ years of experience focused on Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advance, or Lead-to-Cash / Quote-to-Cash architecture
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce Revenue Cloud or CPQ implementations
• Hands on experience on Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) architecture and core capabilities, including Product Catalog Management, Salesforce Pricing, Pricing Procedures, Product Configurator, Approval Orchestration, Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator, Document Builder, Context Service, Business Rules Engine, and OmniStudio
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Salesforce APIs and integration frameworks
• Ability to create architecture artifacts and communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent practical experience
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications
• Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce, or related GenAI-enabled solutions
• Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Billing, Experience Cloud, or Salesforce Industries solutions
• Experience in high-tech, SaaS, manufacturing, telecom, or subscription-based business models
• Salesforce any three certifications such as:
• Salesforce PD1 certification
• Salesforce Admin Certification
• Salesforce Revenue Cloud certification(s)
or
• Salesforce CPQ Consultant Certification
