Job Summary

seeking an experienced Content Services AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven content services solutions. The ideal candidate will architect enterprise-scale platforms that leverage Generative AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Content Services Platforms to automate content lifecycle management, knowledge discovery, document understanding, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the enterprise Content Services and AI strategy aligned with business and digital transformation objectives.
  • Experience in Architect cloud-native Content Services, ECM, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Enterprise Search, and Generative AI solutions.
  • Design end-to-end AI-powered content platforms leveraging Azure Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Copilot, and modern AI frameworks.
  • Establish enterprise architecture standards, governance models, security controls, and best practices for content management solutions.
  • Design scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, vector database, and knowledge management architectures.
  • Lead modernization and migration initiatives from legacy ECM platforms to cloud-native Content Services solutions.
  • Define integration architectures connecting ECM repositories, business applications, data platforms, APIs, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, retention, records management, regulatory, and data governance requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership for solution design, architecture reviews, technology selection, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to identify high-value AI use cases and transformation opportunities.

Drive DevSecOps, automation, observability, scalability, resilience, and operational excellence across Content Services platforms
