0–20 years of overall IT/ERP application experience, with significant Workday technical experience.Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Extend application architecture and development.Strong experience designing Extend applications, presentation components, model components, data models, and business processes.Strong knowledge of Workday Orchestrations and API-based integrations.Strong understanding of Workday application security and authentication concepts.Strong knowledge of Workday business objects, business processes, reporting, and data structures.Experience designing integrations between Workday and external/third-party applications.Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.Ability to convert complex functional requirements into scalable technical designs.Experience conducting architecture reviews and providing development standards and technical guidance.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management experience.
