Senior Technical Architect

Job Summary

hands-on experience in ADVANTEST V93000 (93K) and SmartTest 8 to support advanced silicon validation and test development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ATE test programs on ADVANTEST V93000 (93K) / SmartTest 8. 
• Support DFT validation, ATPG, Scan, MBIST, and pattern replay. 
• Execute silicon bring-up, characterization, and post-silicon debug. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams. 
• Automate test flows using Python/TCL/Perl scripting. 
• Drive failure analysis and test optimization for advanced semiconductor products.
