Job Summary

Job Title: Enterprise Architect – Platform Engineering (Java, Cloud Native, GenAI) Location: Noida Preferred Experience: 15+ years Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to lead platform engineering initiatives with a strong foundation in Java/J2EE, cloud-native architectures, and recent hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic systems. The candidate will be responsible for defining enterprise-wide architecture, driving modernization, and enabling intelligent, scalable, and resilient platforms. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Strategy •    Define and own the enterprise architecture roadmap for platform engineering initiatives •    Drive modernization of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures •    Establish architecture governance, standards, and best practices •    Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align architecture with strategic goals Platform Engineering •    Design scalable and resilient platforms using Java/J2EE-based ecosystems •    Lead implementation of microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures •    Define reusable platform capabilities (CI/CD, observability, security, developer experience) •    Enable platform standardization across multiple product lines Cloud & DevOps •    Architect solutions across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) •    Drive adoption of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless patterns •    Define CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, etc.) •    Ensure high availability, performance, and cost optimization Generative AI & Agentic Systems •    Design and implement GenAI-powered solutions using LLMs •    Build and scale agentic workflows (multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks) •    Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms (chatbots, copilots, automation) •    Ensure responsible AI practices (security, governance, explainability) Leadership & Stakeholder Management •    Provide technical leadership to architects and engineering teams •    Mentor teams on architecture best practices and emerging technologies •    Engage with senior stakeholders, customers, and partners •    Support pre-sales, solutioning, and RFP responses Required Skills & Qualifications Core Technology •    Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.) •    Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems •    Experience with API design, service mesh, and event streaming (Kafka, etc.) Cloud & Platform Engineering •    Extensive experience in at least one cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP •    Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native design patterns •    Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) •    Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) Generative AI & Agentic Development •    Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) •    Experience in RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases •    Exposure to agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.) •    Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation metrics Architecture & Governance •    Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF pref
