Senior Technical Consultant - ERP Data Management

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Consultant plays a pivotal role in understanding client requirements and leading Supplier Quality Engineering Activates. This position focuses on aligning technical enhancements with client objectives and driving continuous improvement throughout product implementation and support stages, ensuring high-quality outputs and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Individual contributor with prior Supplier quality experience
  • Supplier Base Optimization “SQE Workstream Lead” responsibilities
  • Supplier Base Optimization “Design QE and SQE” responsibilities as assigned
  • This may include both not limited to Supplier Change Request (SCR), Process Verification (PVE’s, SPV’s, etc.)
  • PVE Forms, planning documents / Protocols, COs (Change Order) addressing PVEs:
  • Facilitating input gathering and report summarizing.
  • Needed tasks in PLM systems (Adaptive/Windchill, etc.)
  • IQ/OQ/PQTest Method Validations
  • Master Validation Plans
  • Process Characterizations
  • Any other deliverables required under the role of Supplier Base Optimization “SQE Workstream Lead” and Supplier Base Optimization “Design QE and SQE” responsibilities
  • Experience working with EtQ, Minitab, Windchill and Agile and ideally with Quality Exchange and DOL.
  • Provides team leadership to Supplier Quality through cross-functional collaboration with procurement, quality assurance, engineering, and with suppliers. – Good stakeholder management and communication in English
  • Supports and sustains robust supplier management programs for designated manufacturing and development activities – Ability to deal with complex issues and prioritize tasks when dealing with multiple issues.
  • Supports department projects and investigations relating to Supplier Quality issues. – Analytical mindset and attention to detail required
  • Good technical writing skills as resource will be SME for Supplier Quality.

Maximum Salary (US):  118000
Minimum Salary (US):  77000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
