Job Summary

Full Stack WordPress Lead Developer

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack WordPress Developer to spearhead the redesign of MSDPrivacy.com into a scalable, compliant, and globally governed privacy platform. The role involves leading a team of developers to deliver a unified architecture, reusable components, and AI-driven translation workflows using WordPress VIP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build reusable, centrally managed components (headers, footers, content blocks) for global scalability.
  • Implement AI-driven translation workflows and multilingual content management.
  • Ensure accessibility (WCAG compliance), performance optimization, and legal/privacy compliance.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, content strategists, and privacy analysts to align technical delivery with business goals.
  • Maintain legacy URL continuity and implement a robust redirect strategy.

Technical Skills Required

  • Expert in WordPress VIP, PHP, JavaScript (React preferred), HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with multilingual site architecture and translation APIs (GenAI or similar).
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and performance monitoring tools.

Knowledge of privacy and compliance principles (GDPR, data minimization, etc.) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

1. To analyze |define and design technical solution for ERP product’s enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages.
2. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs and act as a primary point of contact for addressing complex technical issues.
3. To collaborate and interact with the client and other cross functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements so as to deliver seamless technical solutions.
4. To anchor team meetings ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination within the technical consultant team and the clients.
5. To mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
