Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities1. Supply Planning – Functional ExpertiseSupport end-to-end Supply Planning, including constraints-based planning, supply-demand balancing, inventory optimization, and capacity considerations.Work across S&OP cycles, interacting with business stakeholders to drive planning discussions and align supply plans with demand and production goals.Analyze KPIs related to supply chain performance (inventory health, stock cover, supply-demand gap, service levels) to generate actionable insights.2. o9 Platform Configuration – Supply Planning TrackConfigure o9 planning models for Supply Planning, Control Tower, and integrated workflows..pdf)Build and fine‑tune SP models using IBPL, model profiling, scenario creation, and Config 2.0 tools.Maintain and adjust LP/MRP‑based logic, BOH/Projection logic, pegging, allocation logic, and supply feasibility rules.Validate planning outputs such as constrained/unconstrained supply plans, capacity utilization, and material availability.3. Implementation, Data Validation & TestingLead functional testing cycles (FUT, SIT, UAT) for the Supply Planning module, ensuring accuracy of SP logic and KPIs.Work with integration teams to validate inbound supply-related data (inventory, BOM, lead times, production calendars, capacity)..pdf)Support cutover for SP track—environment sync, config movement, master-data validation, and end-to-end planning run checks.4. Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementConduct functional walkthroughs with planning, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and S&OP teams.Deliver user training, workflow documentation, and solution guides for Supply Planning users.Participate in global rollouts, working closely with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders on planning improvements.5. Data & Analytics ContributionUse SQL, Power BI, Spotfire for analyzing supply chain data, validating planning results, and building insights dashboards.Collaborate on building data quality frameworks, ensuring reliability of master data for planning (BOM, sourcing, calendars)..pdf)
