Senior Technical Consultant

Job Summary

  • Support the migration of process mining applications, investigations, dashboards, and KPIs from Celonis to SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.
  • Configure and deploy Signavio process intelligence solutions, perform testing, and support business users throughout the migration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure SAP Signavio Process Intelligence investigations and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain KPI widgets, reports, and process analytics views.
  • Migrate Celonis sub-reports, filters, and configurations into Signavio.
  • Configure custom filter bars, variants, and conformance settings.
  • Support event-log validation, testing, and KPI reconciliation activities.
  • Work with business stakeholders to validate migrated reports and analytics.
  • Assist with knowledge transfer, documentation, and user support during cutover and hypercare.

Skill Requirements

  • SAP Signavio Process Intelligence (PI)
  • Signavio SiGNAL Queries and Investigations
  • Process Mining concepts and process analytics
  • SQL and analytical reporting skills
  • KPI design and dashboard configuration
  • Understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes
