Job Summary

A highly skilled Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with over 6-8+ years of experience in the configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cash Management. This is a functional role requiring hands-on expertise across Oracle Fusion Financials across Cash Management, Payments, bank reconciliation etc. with responsibility for configuration support, testing, issue resolution, training support, and business user support under SLA-driven delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with Finance and Treasury stakeholders to understand cash-management and bank-reconciliation processes.
  • Configure and validate bank-account usage across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
  • Configure processing for external bank statements and ensure appropriate mapping of bank transaction codes.
  • Coordinate configuration dependencies with Oracle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger and develop functional specifications for bank integrations, reports, conversions, and required extensions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for OIC integrations, FBDI/ADFdi loads, BI Publisher/OTBI reporting, APIs, and extensions.
  • Work with business users, Oracle Technical/OIC, reporting, data migration, testing, and onshore/offshore teams for cross-functional issue resolution.
  • Prepare unit-test scripts and support CRP, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
  • Participate in cutover planning, including configuration migration, opening balances, outstanding transactions, and reconciliation.
  • Provide go-live and post-production/Hypercare support.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Handle incident management, enhancement requests, and ongoing functional support post-implementation.

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Typically 6-8+ years of Oracle Financials experience, with strong exposure to Cash Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules such as Cash Management, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany setups
  • Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
  • Ability to independently conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into Oracle configurations.

Other Requirements

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Cash Management and bank reconciliation
  • Experience working in multi-bank, multi-currency, and multi-legal-entity environments.
  • Understanding of Oracle Financials accounting and reconciliation principles
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Oracle Cloud certification in Financials is a plus.
