Job Summary
Product Owner
- Must be having 6+ years of experience as Agile Business Analyst, Product owner or Product manager in Agile environment
- Should be having good knowledge of Agile-scrum or SAFe (Scaled agile) methodology
- Must have played role of Agile Product Owner (PO) or Product manager in past
- Knowledge of Logistic domain is a big plus. -
- Excellent written and oral communication and must be able to talk to UK customer’s/Business users independently
- Ability to understand, analyse & document complex processes, features and user stories
- Knowledge of software design and software development processes
- Must have worked in distributed Agile environment (onsite-offshore multi location teams)
- Worked in Tools that are used for Capturing Requirements in Agile (Jira, Rally etc.)
- Must be a good team player and ability to align with other roles in the team seamlessly
- Should have exposure of scope prioritization, delivery of product with the help of scrum master/team and demo of the completed features
- Should have the skill to deriving multiple User Stories from Epics to ensure that all scenarios are covered
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to articulate requirement with dev team clearly
- Lead the product development, with a deep understanding of the underlying product(s) and associated business areas.
- Work closely with business users and portfolio management team to understand and detail out requirements of new products
- Work with team to estimate the requirements and define the roadmap of the product delivery
- Write and deliver business requirements through features, user stories to the dev team.
- Manage an agile team passionate about enhancing features for delivering value to end users.
- Prioritize the team's work to meet key business goals and deliverable dates.
- Demonstrate completed features to key IT/Business stakeholders, collate feedback and identify further improvements
- Actively participating in all agile ceremonies such as Sprint planning, Sprint review, Retrospection etc.
- Ensure quality software and experiences are delivered.
- Work with the team to continually optimize the efficiency of our agile implementation and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
2. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs and act as a primary point of contact for addressing complex technical issues.
3. To collaborate and interact with the client and other cross functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements so as to deliver seamless technical solutions.
4. To anchor team meetings ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination within the technical consultant team and the clients.
5. To mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
